Dr. Sam left Tennessee in 1970 and moved to Central Missouri. There he attended Central Missouri State and Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City. After graduating salutatorian, he did his internship at the renowned Lensgraf Clinic in Knoxville, TN. In 1980 he opened his own office in Jefferson County Tennessee, where he practiced until 1996. He built this Atoka office in 1998.

Dr. Sam and Dr. Dana have four children. One son, Sam, owns a heating and air conditioning company in Jefferson City, TN. Dr. Art practices Chiropractic in Knoxville, TN. Andrew and Marina live at home and attend Brighton Schools. They have been blessed with three grandchildren, Sam VI, Nancy, and Owen.
